Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change. For this reason, A&V Boutique Apartments offers clear and transparent cancellation conditions for reservations made directly through our website.

Free cancellation
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Cancellation between 13 and 7 days before arrival
For cancellations made between 13 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival
For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

No-show
In case of no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

Early departure
In case of early departure after check-in, unused nights are non-refundable.

Non-refundable rates
Reservations made under a “Non-refundable” rate are not eligible for a refund in case of cancellation, modification or no-show.

Reservations made through other platforms
For reservations made through Booking.com, Airbnb or other third-party platforms, the cancellation conditions displayed on the relevant platform at the time of booking will apply.
